This policy describes how prymotrade ("we") amasses, handles and secures personal data when you use and platform. We serve as the data controller for this information.
Data we collect. Names, emails, countries and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Additionally stored: transaction and trade logs, device logs and helpdesk threads. For EU/UK users: contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Operating your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, countering fraud, and platform security, plus consent-based product emails with easy opt-out.
Sharing. Data reaches only running vendors (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. No sale of personal data.
Retention and security. Data is kept for account lifetime and legal windows (often five to seven years for transaction records). Security: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
Rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made by emailing [email protected]. Responses follow statutory timelines.
