This agreement ( the Terms ) govern your use of the prymotrade website, mobile apps, trading the "Services") provided by prymotrade. Creating an account means accepting these Terms in full.
1. Who may join. Applicants must be adults in their jurisdiction and contractually capable to contract. Where the platform is unlicensed or closed, residents are not eligible. Account data accuracy and login secrecy remain your responsibility.
2. Services. prymotrade runs an electronic venue for the instruments shown on this website. Nothing here is investment advice; each decision remains yours. Shown quotes and data is informational only and might err or err at times.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves material loss risk and is for those who can hold through it. Margin products may take losses beyond your posted margin. Trade only money whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Fees. Fees, spreads and funding rates sit on our Fees page and form part of this agreement. Charges may move once fairly notified.
5. Conduct rules. Cornering and manipulation, abusing technical holes, rights breaches and unlawful purposes are banned outright. Money laundering and breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. To the maximum the widest degree, prymotrade excludes indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Amendments. This agreement may be updated over time. Post-change use after changes means consent. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction of our operating entity.
